My name is Darko, and I am the owner of Lamirage. I’m originally from Serbia and have been working as a chef for several years, building my passion for traditional Balkan cuisine. In 2022, I started Lamirage with a focus on making authentic pastry pies like burek, sirnica, and zeljanica. Every pie is made with care, using traditional methods and quality ingredients to bring real Balkan flavor to the community.
